Welcome and thank you for visiting our website! OUT4TENNIS is Irelands LGBT tennis network. It was conceived by Roy Galvin and Frank Kelly over Christmas (drinks!) in 2004 and the first-known Irish gay tennis tournament was held in Tipperary in May 2005 with players travelling from Dublin, Cork, Waterford, Meath, Kildare and elsewhere.
Since the inaugural tournament, we have now developed a series of men and women's tournaments around Ireland together with a series of visits to overseas gay tournaments in the UK and Europe. Details are posted on the EVENTS DIARY page.
OUT4TENNIS is a network with members stretching from Belfast to Cork, and Galway to Dublin . Most competitive members are players with their own clubs while social members may be more occasional players.
