IN4SQUASH is a network of club and social squash players from around Ireland with members in Dublin, Cork and Belfast.
The idea of setting up a squash network was hatched over beers at the Eurogames in Antwerp in 2007. Grainne O’Hare played squash socially in Dublin and was looking to play with others. Frank Kelly had been running OUT4TENNIS for a few years and agreed to set it up. Since November 2007, there have been monthly meeting for men and women in Dublin.
Some of the IN4SQUASH members are members of squash clubs, other are more social members. In between ‘meets’ players challenge one another either informally or by mean of our online squash ladders.
Our first tournament was held in November 2008 in Dublin. We also share information on international squash tournaments….and who knows, may be we’ll have our own international squash tournament before too long!
